Faced with numerous obstacles, Brennan helped his team innovate the technologies and partnerships needed to launch the program, for which he was awarded the “Chairman’s Challenge Award for Outstanding Intrapreneurship.” After leaving GE, Brennan owned an IT franchise company that he grew to a million dollar business, using innovations to get beyond success barriers that stalled many of his peers, before selling his business for a fair profit. Once again, he led his team of employees to unstoppable success, for which he won multiple national awards including the coveted “Franchise of the Year” award as well as the “Million Dollar Club” award from his franchising company.
